In order to produce yield, we are ready to manage the property you purchased. After the renovation we launch the building: put that onto the market. We undertake to sell it or the separate offices, apartments therein. We also rent the offices, apartments, storages and car parking.

We take care of the condition of the property, where necessary we arrange for the 24-hour reception service. We control the accounting, we make out the invoices, communicate with buyers, tenants and our partner real estate agencies. We provide the smooth operation of a real estate.

We and our partners do our best to preserve the technical condition of the building in order to keep the maintenance cost low and the profit rate high, as well as to be able to present it to any other investor who would like to buy it from the owner. In case of downtown historic building a typical buyer can be a hotel operator, a hotel chain or a company interested in developing residential apartments or exclusive offices. Because of our experiences, we know that the value of these properties. We can cut the cost by managing not just one, but more buildings at the same time and the experience we gain at one building is always used by us at another property: that is your property.

We make financial scenarios to determine the point when the project is ready for selling. In case an investor of us decides to sell the property we look for prospective buyers. We show to them the properties and under certain condition we let them inspect the building, the books, the legal situation and we answer their questions. During the selling procedure we support and represent the owner, negotiate with the buyer and its team of experts.
